KAM will need a minimum workspace of 10’ X 10’ , an electrical outlet nearby, and Wi-Fi-access.

Yes, there is a $100 non-refundable deposit due to reserve your date. The remaining of your payment will be due 30 days prior to your event.

Set up takes about 30 min-1 hour depending on the complexity of your package. We’ll arrive approximately 1 hour before your event starts.

We will leave a contact number for you to get a hold of a team member trained to handle any technical issues on the spot, should a problem arise.
